Currently taking reservations for pickup November 2025. A half cow provides a full selection of steaks, roasts and hamburger all cut to your specifications by the USDA inspected, family-owned meat processor we partner with. Orders must be picked up directly from the processor.
Final cost will be $3.80 per pound based on hanging weight. On average, our halves weigh 325—400 pounds. Reserve yours now with just $200 down, and we'll invoice you for the balance after slaughter. It's also your responsibility to pay for the processing (currently $1.30 per pound, subject to change).
