Deposit for Whole Beef

Our best deal on premium grass-fed beef! Currently taking reservations for pickup in Fall 2027. A whole cow provides a full selection of steaks, roasts and hamburger all cut to your specifications by the USDA inspected, family-owned meat processor we partner with. Orders must be picked up directly from the processor.

Final price will be $3.75 per pound based on hanging weight. Hanging weights in our herd average 650—800 pounds. Reserve your cow now with just $300 down, and we'll invoice you for the balance after slaughter. It's also your responsibility to pay for the processing (currently $1.30 per pound, subject to change).
